Deal Memo

A Deal Memo is a document that a production organization offers to each contracting employee prior to beginning the contracted work. The document lists the agreed upon rate of pay, overtime pay, anticipated hourly expectatoin of each work day and other details of safety and on-set work ethic expectations. The Deal Memo also lists what title the contractor can expect to see in the credits if credits are indeed going to being listed for the project.
